Modular kitchen robot design for Fresh Republic

Through this collaboration, we developed a modular kitchen robot design built around a compact central base that serves as the heart of the system. At first, the project started as a redesign of the main unit. Over time, it evolved into a complete ecosystem of dedicated kitchen tools, all powered and controlled by the same core. As a result, the hub works as a technological platform with clean lines, calm proportions and a minimal colour and material palette. The collection looks contemporary and understated on the countertop, while every element stays easy to read and understand at a glance.

The entire product family is therefore managed through a single, intuitive interaction point. A rotary knob with a fixed central display on the front provides clear feedback to the user, while a subtle light ring on the top highlights where the hub connects to each tool. Thanks to this unified interface, the experience remains consistent, and everyday use becomes simpler. The system includes a smoothie mixer, a blender mixer, a cold-press juicer, a food processor, and a kitchen scale; in addition, accessories extend the functions without breaking the shared design language. The electro-mechanical connection between the hub and every component is essential yet robust, designed to resist vibration, keep the structure solid, and allow quick assembly and disassembly when the motor is not running. Taken together, these elements create a coherent and expandable kitchen appliance ecosystem, where multiple functions feel like one seamless product.
